About The Role

Initially 12 month FTC to start asap.
This role’s primary responsibilities will include quarterly forecasting and month end tasks for central costs, and business partnering from both a financial and change management perspective.
 
You will  work with the Finance Manager in conjunction with key stakeholders to deliver robust and accurate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, hold budget and forecast reviews with stakeholders to support and challenge business decision and capture and monitor ongoing risks and opportunities vs forecast/budget. 
You will collate and summarise projects information for relevant governance boards, including financial information and maintain the business project plan, taking inputs from projects and wider business activities. This role will also organise and facilitate meetings across a number of business department and oversee the preparation and submission of periodic reports 
The role will be require to provide support to treasury, support business partners with ad hoc information requests and hold post month end reviews to review actuals vs forecast. You will assist in driving the business to adopt a cost conscious culture via review of department spend, adapting communication styles to coach partner and engage stakeholders to ensure ownership and understanding of cost drivers.  ly

About You

It is essential to have experience of building collaborative stakeholder relationships at all levels, undertaking month end tasks, i.e. accruals and prepayments, project management and building/reviewing business cases. You will be hold a finance qualification e.g. AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA and be competent with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

You will have proven ability to  have a systematic approach with a good eye for detail, good commercial understanding and able make judgement on the need for consultation and escalation. 

Experience of implementing new systems / changing processes, cost modelling, working with a  purchase order system and accounting system i.e. CODA and Project Management qualification/training is desirable.
