About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Retail Operations team! 

The Retail Operations Coordinator will support the coordination of centrally driven business initiatives and activities and work to control the impact of these on our members and field teams.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of centrally driven business initiatives and activities and work to control the impact of these on our franchisees and field teams
  • Coordinate activity in Retail Operations, making sure that we meet our deadlines in a timely, effective manner
  • Maintain the activity planner across functions to ensure joined up thinking and accurate output from the governance process
  • Provide the field team with support, data and analytical insight into key business areas with a focus on sales driving activity
  • Work with Retail Operations and other business functions to tackle the root cause of failures that lead to poor retailer experience/a high volume of inbound issue-based calls into Customer Services
  • Develop and maximise reporting across the Retail Operations and Customer Services Teams
  • Manage allocation process from retail team perspective, including setting up of allocations, providing insight/tracking on presell opportunities and ensure that all sales opportunities

  • Competent with Microsoft Office products especially Excel (Vlookups and pivot tables.)
  • Able to create Critical Paths and engage and manage them effectively
